Your payment is made through RBSWorldpay, the payment processing business of The Royal Bank of Scotland, one of the largest banks in the world and a leading global brand. Your payment is made using the latest secured tecnology. Finally at no time do we have access to your card details.
Q What happens if the item I ordered is not in stock?
We try to ensure that our internet site is up to date with stock availabilty. If by any chance an item is not in stock we will let you know immediately, and you can either wait a couple of days while we order more of this item from our suppliers, or you can of course cancel the order.
When you make your payment through RBSWorldpay, your payment is accepted but NOT banked until we are sure that all items are available for dispatch.
