DELIVERY CHARGES - UK MAINLAND

Our UK delivery charges depend upon the weight of the items you have purchased, but we have heavily subsidised the charges to keep them to a minimum. Most standard items cost from £1.99 to £3.50 for a 3-5 day delivery.

When you place your order you are given a choice of 3 different delivery methods for all UK orders, depending on how fast you require the items:

1/. UK DELIVERY- STANDARD ROYAL MAIL (3 to 5 DAYS)

Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail 'Standard Parcel' service and usually takes between 3 to 5 days from the date of dispatch. You may need to sign for acceptance of the delivery.

2/. UK DELIVERY - FIRST CLASS RECORDED (1 to 2 DAYS)
You can choose to have your order sent by Royal Mail first class recorded for a small extra charge. Delivery is often next day, but can take up to 2 days. You will need to sign for acceptance.

3/. UK DELIVERY - SPECIAL DELIVERY (NEXT DAY)
You can choose to pay for Royal Mail next day special delivery. Your order should be placed before 12 noon, and you can expect delivery next day by 1.00pm*. You will need to sign for acceptance. * This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

COURIER DELIVERIES - kayaks, surfboards, etc

You will need to sign for acceptance. If your delivery package appears damaged in any way, please inspect the contents before signing the acceptance form with the driver. If the goods have been damaged the courier insurance is invalidated once acceptance has been signed for.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY - AIRMAIL

We have heavily subsidised our European delivery charges, and most items can be delivered for £2.99 to £9.99
You can order items for European delivery up to 2kg. We send by first class air, expect delivery to take between 4 - 7 days. You may need to sign for acceptance.
If you think your order will weigh more than 2 kg, please Email us first for a postage quote.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order is not in stock we will contact you by phone or Email to advise you on an expected delivery date - you may of course cancel your order if this is too long.

Your Worldpay card payment for your order is not banked by us until we ensure that the item is in stock, or until we have received your acceptance of a delivery delay.

COLOURS
Whilst every effort has been made to capture the true likeness of the product colours, we cannot guarantee the exact colour pictured.

RETURNS
Goods which prove to be unsuitable or defective can be returned for a refund or exchange if they are received back at our Mail Order Department within 14 days in new condition with the original packaging, labelling and Beachshack receipt. When returning goods we recomend that you use an insured, traceable delivery company for your own protection.

EXCHANGE OF SIZE
When you are returning goods for an exchange of size an additional nominal charge of £2 is payable to help towards our second postage charges. Please enclose £2 with your return.
