You can order items for European delivery up to 2kg. We send by first class air, expect delivery to take between 4 - 7 days. You may need to sign for acceptance.
If you think your order will weigh more than 2 kg, please Email us first for a postage quote.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order is not in stock we will contact you by phone or Email to advise you on an expected delivery date - you may of course cancel your order if this is too long.

Your Worldpay card payment for your order is not banked by us until we ensure that the item is in stock, or until we have received your acceptance of a delivery delay.

Whilst every effort has been made to capture the true likeness of the product colours, we cannot guarantee the exact colour pictured.


RETURNS
Goods which prove to be unsuitable or defective can be returned for a refund or exchange if they are received back at our Mail Order Department within 21 days in new condition with the original packaging, labelling and Beachshack receipt. When returning goods we recomend that you use an insured, traceable delivery company for your own protection.
